Buys and sells pay a fee in HYPE. Right after launch the fee starts higher to slow down snipers, then drops to the base fee.

The keeper moves fees to the vault. The vault splits the HYPE by weight and buys each coin on its own pool.

Bought coins are credited to holders by balance straight away. Claim when you like; rewards don't expire.
